The Anime Girl Fan Club Is BACK!
have become the new President of our beloved club. I know I can't fill the shoes of my predecessor, 
, but I will do my very best to make everybody's stay here enjoyable. With that, I open the doors to the Anime Girl Fan Club to you all once again.This is a club dedicated to all the females who make the shows what they are. Although you can't do without their male counterparts, the females are made to shine and expand upon any anime. So here's their shining time and welcome to Anime Girl Fan Club.
JOINING THE CLUB
Send a note to the Club with the subject "Join" DevWatch the Club! Add an icon link in your updated journal of us to try and get some word around!SUBMITTING ART
Send a note labeled "Submission" If it's for contest purposes, label it "Contest Entry" If you send a note with two or more submissions included, the latter will be posted later, so we dont' have two, three, four submissions from the same artist.RULES
There are two rules that make this Club's blood circulate:
1) No rude comments or insults on any deviant's submissions. This is a Zero Tolerance rule, if I can't you doing it, or someone informs me of the such, you will no longer exist in this Club and the dA Administrators will be notified.
2) You MUST have fun with the Club. This is a place of enjoyment, so let's enjoy!
HOW CONTEST VOTING WILL WORK
I will redesignate two people to become judges for contest voting. Along with myself, a majority rules point system will be used to determine winners based on this system:
Originality: 50 pts
Theme: 30 pts
Color: 5 pts (mind you though, sometimes the NON use of color does a better job)
Appearance And Appeal: 15 points
This makes a total of 100 points and no judge may give more than that amount. Scores on the pieces will be announced when the judging is complete.
